The Balsa Store accepts returns on items you purchase from us subject to the following restrictions:

1. Any item may be returned for any reason.
2. All returns must be shipped to The Balsa Store within three days of your receipt of the items in question.
3. A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective items returned.
4. Defective items may be returned for replacement only.
